How do I place an Order
1. Add your favourite items to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your delivery and billing information.
4. Select your preferred payment method.
5. Complete payment and receive your order confirmation.
Once your order has been successfully placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We currently accept:

- Payflex
All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment is processed immediately upon checkout.
Yes. All prices displayed on our website include VAT.
No. Only one promotional code may be used per order.
Promo codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added to completed orders.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide throughout South Africa.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
Tracking details will be sent to the email address or cellphone number provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We assist with exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
If your exchange request is approved, we will issue you with a store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
How do I choose my size?
A detailed size guide is available on every product page.
We recommend comparing the garment measurements provided with your own measurements before placing an order.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We generally do not restock items, as we strive to keep our collections exclusive and limited.
Once an item is sold out, it may not be available again.
To keep your SLACKS garments looking their best:
- Cold hand wash separately
- Wash garment inside out
- Do not soak
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Dry flat in shade
- Cool iron only
- Do not iron directly on prints or branding
Always follow the care instructions provided on the garment label.

Yes. We offer custom clothing solutions for individuals, businesses, events, teams, and special projects.
